What’s Included
-
Each day is built around a simple rhythm: practices that settle your body, space that lets it rest, and enough understanding of what's happening inside you to make it all make sense
Daily yoga — gentle movement to release the tension stress leaves behind. No experience needed.Breathwork — learn to use your breath to switch out of stress and into calm. A tool you keep for life.
Cold plunges — two minutes in cold water to build resilience, lift your energy, and steady you under pressure. Easier than it sounds.
Meditation — quiet the overthinking and find space between what happens and how you react.
Educational workshops — clear, practical talks on stress, burnout, and the nervous system, so you understand what's happening and how to fix it.
-
Five days, Four nights, in shared or private rooms. Accommodation is spread across the ground and second floors, with twin or bunk beds throughout. Two rooms convert to a private king for those who'd prefer it.
-
Three vegetarian, plant based meals a day, built around whole, nutrient-dense ingredients. Low in sugar and free of processed junk — so you get clean, steady energy instead of the spikes and crashes most of us run on without noticing.
The food is part of the reset program. When your nervous system is trying to come down, heavy, sugary food keeps the body working hard, while clean, simple food lets it rest.
You finish each meal light and energized, not stuffed and slowed down. By mid-week most people notice it: steady energy, no afternoon slump, clearer mornings.

Long before it became a national park, this desert was home to the Serrano and Cahuilla peoples, who lived alongside it and held it as sacred ground. That reverence never really left the land. You tend to feel it in the air before you could put it into words.
For a century, people have come here to be changed by the place — artists, wanderers, and anyone looking for something they couldn't find in the city. A lot of the pull is what's known as the desert's vortex energy: pockets of land where the natural energy feels heightened, almost charged. You don't have to believe a word of it to feel what it does to you. The vast silence, the ancient trees, that enormous sky — all of it works on a restless mind, and slowly the state you arrived in starts to shift. Tension eases. The thinking quiets. You come back to a kind of calm that's genuinely hard to find anywhere else.
That's why we bring people here. The desert does half the work before we've even begun
